Look at the birds in the sky. They do not store food for winter.
They don’t plant gardens. They do not sow or reap—and yet, they are always fed because your heavenly Father feeds them.
And you are even more precious to Him than a beautiful bird. If He looks after them, of course He will look after you.
Worrying does not do any good; who here can claim to add even an hour to his life by worrying?

DeleteI'm a bird addict...was before I knew the Word and in the 50-ish years since I did, they have become even bigger in me. I love the photo and the Word. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteSUCH WORDS I needed to hear today! Thank you Nina! Wishing you a wonderful week ahead!
ReplyDeleteLove the scripture lullabies. I have this CD and have listened and relistened and listened again to these songs. How did you hear about this Cd. I have friend who gave it to me when my brother died , but it was a couple years until i really listened to it and now it's part of my spiritual food! "Have no fear" is the first one i imprinted into my musical mind a year ago. I went through a difficult several months where having a normal "quiet time" was difficult - so sometimes i would just listen to one of these songs over and over. I hear they have a second CD also. have you gotten that one yet. So glad i clicked on your link. nice meeting you.

ReplyDeletewould value your addition of this linked to #SongsonSundays at FHC
thanks for considering...
Yes, we can learn a lot by following the way of birds - living and loving each day and not worrying about tomorrow - trusting that we will be cared for. Lovely inspiration today, Nina - I have always loved this scripture. Blessings to you, Karen xo
