Blueberry Tofu Smoothie

Smoothie is a tasty and great breakfast, that is easy to prepare. Blueberry Tofu Smoothie is filled with protein, providing a pleasant feeling of fullness for a long time (recipe by Charlotte Harvig).

This summer we had every now and then smoothies for breakfast - our sons got to like these "Smoothie Mornings"!

Ingredients (1 large portion / 2 small)

150 g tofu (I used Silken Tofu)
100 g quark or yoghurt
100 g blueberries (I used frozen blueberries)
0.5 banana
1 teaspoon of stevia / honey / agave syrup
about 0.5 dl of water
vanilla sugar

Instructions:

- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Check the taste (sweetness) and serve immediately.

You can replace blueberries with raspberries and other berries.

I often add a teaspoon of coconut oil, linseeds and hamp-protein when I prepare a smoothie for our boys: They contain healthy omega fatty acids & more energy;-)

PS: Booking the fitness in advance has worked well so far  ;-)

    1. Tofu is also quite new to me , so it's nice to find ways of using tofu in cooking.
