Today I'm just gonna read about healthy habits, like walking.
My mind is aware of the fact that a daily walk for 30 minutes prolongs your life with 3-5 years -
But, today my feet are telling me that all they need is rest.
Taking another zip of the fizzy water.
In just a minute I will crawl under the duvet and read further -
And if my eyes begin to feel heavy, I let them close, drifting to a dreamland ...
... It's Friday afternoon, after all!
