Hi Barb, There's a lot to the story ... This Castle is situated just 30 mins drive from Copenhagen, and it is one of the largest renaissance castles in Scandinavia. We visited Frederiksborg Castle for first time here a few weeks ago - and saw only the interior - there is a large garden behind the castle, that I'd love to see next time. I took just a few shots with my iPhone, but next time I'll take my big camera with me, to be able to capture the halls properly. An impressive building with lots of history ... I'll copy-paste a ling to Wikipedia here, that tells you more information of the Castle
