It's Friday!




Fizzy water with ice cubes after work ... Changing to comfy clothes and just r-e-l-a-x-ing...
Today I'm just gonna read about healthy habits, like walking. 

My mind is aware of the fact that a daily walk for 30 minutes prolongs your life with 3-5 years - 
But, today my feet are telling me that all they need is rest.

Taking another zip of the fizzy water. 
In just a minute I will crawl under the duvet and read further - 
And if my eyes begin to feel heavy, I let them close, drifting to a dreamland ...

... It's Friday afternoon, after all!

  1. I love that-reading about walking...but right now, I'm not going to do it. No guilt, just enjoying the moment-good for you! I'm jealous because even though it's in the 80s here and the a.c. is on...and I'm at work...crawling under the duvet sounds WONDERFUL!

  6. Lovely post! This afternoon my youngest asked if he could take a nap in my comfy bed. Warmed my heart a bit to slow down and snuggle next to him. He rarely rests during daylight hours!
    Your blue toes look so pretty peeping out, too.
