In Step...
We walk with you as you grow
Our undying love
nurtures your emergent soul.
Through every smile and tear
Every cry that brings fear
We walk with you.
And as our journey through your
childhood comes to an end
Your emerging soul beams ever so bright
an unwavering glow.
Independently you march bravely into life
...and as your stride breaks free.
We pray you will walk with us
In step...as we go.

DeleteI love the lost boot in the snow - someone must have very cooooold toes!
ReplyDeleteI thought so too! The boot was lying along the path to the lake ...
DeleteThank you Judy!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful series of monochrome photos! I love them all, they're so clear and crisp. I can't pick a favorite! Well done.
ReplyDeleteThank you Betty!
DeleteYeah, who would leave their boot out in weather like that - wink! Photos are eye catching -- love how you used the light to bring out the shadows in the snow..
ReplyDeleteHugs
The boot made me also shiver a little ... All covered in snow! The day was cloudy and grey, I have a point and shoot camera with a little zoom . . . I focused in the front, alongside the pavement... And the humidity and the mist did make the light and shadows.
DeleteReally love your angle down low.
ReplyDeleteThank you Barbara ... I tried to get a bit depth of focus with the help of the pavement.
DeleteWhat lovely snow shots! There must be a story behind that lost boot!
ReplyDeleteThank you Sarah! I'm curious about the boot too!
Deletelovely and moody
ReplyDeleteThanks Roxi ... The grey and cold weather appealed to the moody side ~ the blues rolled over with the mist :)
