Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting,
God’s Spirit is right alongside helping us along.
If we don’t know how or what to pray, it doesn’t matter.
He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of
our wordless sighs, our aching groans.
He knows us far better than we know ourselves,
knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God.
That’s why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives
of love for God is worked into something good.

Beautiful post Nina! Happy Sunday to you!
ReplyDeleteInteresting to see your post this morning! This is a scripture that I have been meditating on alot recently, and was remembering yesterday when I was a little girl, my mother at the ironing board memorizing Romans 8. Have a wonderful and blessed Sunday!
ReplyDeleteAwesome close-up photo!! I love Romans 8:28, too, especially how it is written in "The Message". Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLove this in the Message. So glad He can make prayer out of our wordless sighs. And the video... sigh...
ReplyDeleteYes, He knows us far better than we know ourselves. A bit scary sometimes to know that, but can trust Him more than I can trust ME! Good thinking, good photo, good sharing. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteSuch a precious post, dear Nina. You are such a sweet encouragement - thank you! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteHi Dear! I love the part about if I don't know how to pray, it doesn't matter. All about trust, all about love. I need to hear messages like this, so I know I don't have to lose heart. God's always got me, and always knows what I need.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the encouragement today!
